THE ROLE OF CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES IN THE LEGAL PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OBJECTS

Abstract

This article analyzes the issues of protection of intellectual property objects by customs authorities. In order to increase the effectiveness of the Customs service of the Republic of Uzbekistan in combating counterfeit products, proposals and recommendations have been made to improve the mechanism of interaction between copyright holders and customs authorities in the implementation of customs control of goods containing intellectual property objects.
